Well, since I have currently lost hope in all other social networking sites right now, I am back to bloggin to let ya guys know whats happening. JK - facebook and twitter are great! But I'm the type who sets up profiles on new sites (that I have yet to learn how to use) and then kind of end up going back to my roots anyway: Blogging, Facebook, Twitter :)  SO! Every sunday I have been in Harvard Square street performing...LOVE the people I get to meet down there every weekend, truly the best part. SHOUT OUT TO: the wonderful people of Harvard Square who stopped to hang out and listen to me play!  P.S. ]]> Wed, 23 Nov 2011 10:28:05 GMT AFB77E7F5A79C7B8DB01C5A4CCF440CF http://ashleyjordanmusic.com/blog.cfm?feature=1059908&postid=819741 Hey everyone - - well, I KNOW where the time went.  I have been soooo busy recording, finishing up my senior year in high school, taking college classes, going on gigs, blogging for we-support-local-music, and more!  Phew!  It has been an incredible last few months, but the biggest news is the fact that I'm back in the studio recording my next CD.  I am so psyched about it - - I'm working with an incredible producer - Don Hooper (I call him "Hoop") at Juke Village Recording, who is helping me to create an incredible CD of ALL original music.  I hope everyone likes my new stuff . . . it's more of a country pop sound, and it really seems to suit my style of writing and performing.  You can check out some unfinished cuts of my songs by going to my music page and clicking on the top three songs.  I still need to add harmonies and instrumentation to them, but you can get a feel for where I'm going with my music.  Thanks for all the support and I want to give a special shout out to MacKenzie Klem, Jackie Smith and Kathy Walker, who have been awesome friends and supporters of my music!  I'll try to communicate on this blog more often !!!  Take Care . . . I'll try to keep everybody up to date on what's been going on!   I'm planning on recording in the next month or so. I've been selected to be on a Boston compilation CD where one or two of my new songs (that haven't been recorded yet) will be featured on a CD with other bands and solo artists from the Boston area!   There will be a big CD release party in Boston with press reviews, radio play and other exciting stuff.  Stay tuned . . .
